The now traditional Welcome Days were held in eight towns and cities around Estonia from 26 January-4 February.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

This gave the creative team behind the Song and Dance Celebrations the chance to meet for the first time with the choir leaders, dance group instructors, orchestra conductors and folk musicians who will be taking part in the festival to outline their artistic and staging ideas and talk about the presentations, seminars and rehearsals that will take place during the preparatory period. The concept for the festival\u2019s visual identity and the core values of the Song and Dance Celebrations were also discussed, with everyone getting the opportunity to ask questions.<\/p>\n\n\n
